Delivery and return policy
Delivery:
Dispatch times are as follows:
· In stock: 24 to 72 hours
· Items are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
· The delivery time is approximately from 1 to 5 working days after the item is dispatched.
· Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on Christmas and Easter holidays.
· The shipping cost is not included in the price of shoes or other accessories.
· All items purchased from BD Dance Lietuva are delivered by using
OMNIVA parcel machines in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
· If you choose pick up from the physical store (Kalvariju g, 143, Vilnius)
Please wait for confirmation, that your order is ready to pick up
· To other countries items are delivered by recognized international courier company
· We are not responsible if the shipment is delayed due to the carrier’s problems.
· The price depends on the country to which an item is sent.
Return:
· If you are not satisfied or the size/model does not fit you after receiving your order, you have a period of 14days from the date of receipt to return the item(s).
· The product must not have been used.
· The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging, without any damage
· We do not accept returns of customized product unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
· Exchange and return expenses are covered by your allowance
· Money is returned within 14 days from the delivery of the returned product to the store.

- Pick BD dance Lietuva from the list
3. Pack the returned item and place it in the Omniva parcel machines
4. The money for the returned goods is transferred within 14 working days after the goods are delivered to the e-shop.

Please send the items you would like to return via a parcel terminal or by courier, using a reliable shipping service provider
Please always include our contact number and e-mail address when shipping items to our store.If these details are missing, the shipment may get lost, and we will not be able to refund the money.
Once the item has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number via e-mail, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger
