Two details define BD216 Patent Black: glossy black patent leather and a red sole that flashes every time you lift your foot – in jive kicks or samba steps. These women's Latin dance shoes from the BD Dance line are made to be noticed on the floor.
The red sole is more than decoration. It is leather and flexible, so the foot bends and points easily while the surface still grips the floor. Inside there is a leather insole and arch support.
The heel is the EH4, 7.5 cm with a flare. Together with the adjustable under-foot strap, the wider base keeps you steady, so the pair also works for dancers who are just moving up to 7.5 cm. Black patent and the five slim front straps stand out well under stage lighting.
