Black patent leather catches the stage lights, which makes BD309 Patent Black a good fit for competitions, shows and other performances. It is a classic BD Dance ballroom shoe for men and boys – for the slow waltz, Viennese waltz, tango, foxtrot and quickstep.
Key details:
- low EH30 standard heel – takes the impact out of heel leads in the waltz or foxtrot;
- flexible leather sole – lets the foot roll from heel to toe and finish each step cleanly;
- all-leather insole with extra cushioning – more comfortable through a long competition day.
The model fits boys as well as teenagers and men with smaller feet, so moving up to an older group only means going up a size. New patent shoes can feel a little stiff at first – wear them in before an important event. Check the size by foot length in the size chart.
