BD457 Canvas Black is a men's Latin dance shoe from the BD Dance line that combines black canvas with black leather. It has a men's Latin heel (EH40), which is higher than the heel on standard ballroom shoes, so the weight naturally shifts towards the front of the foot. This helps you work through the feet and knees in cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso doble and jive.

The split sole bends with the foot and lets you point it, while the foot still stays stable. The design protects the inner side of the foot, which you often press into the floor in Latin, so movement through the foot feels smoother. The insole is leather.

The matt black canvas is understated and keeps the focus on the dancing, so the shoes go with both practice and performance outfits.

Men's dance shoes should hold the foot more firmly than street shoes, so choose by foot length in centimetres – see the size chart. Between two sizes? Call us or try them on at our store in Vilnius.
