About these shoes
DescriptionPractice
Black nubuck – a matt genuine leather that is soft to the touch – is the material of BDT1-B Nubuck Black. These BD Dance practice shoes have a flexible sole and a low, wide EH25 teacher's heel, and suit women as well as men who dance Latin.
Why a split sole? With no solid plate under the arch, the foot moves naturally: pointing the toes and rolling the weight through the ball of the foot come more easily. The sole itself is leather, so it holds well on a studio floor.
Why a low heel? It is easy to stay balanced on, and the shoe also absorbs impact and gives the foot extra support – which matters when practice runs for several hours.
Nubuck has no shine, so the shoes look understated with any practice outfit. Women and men should both choose their size by foot length in the size chart.
