Which heel is right for you?
- Buying your first Latin shoes? Go for the EH11 – 5 cm and flared towards the base: more support and less fatigue in a long session.
- Already dancing on a higher heel? The EH9 – 6.5 cm and straight: taller, but it needs more balance.
Soul Dancer is produced by BD Dance using the same technology, only with synthetic materials in place of natural leather and with simpler packaging. Choose your size by foot length in the size chart.

Brush the suede sole so it does not get slippery.
