On stage, silver catches the light and adds a bit of sparkle to a costume. SD603 Eco Leather Silver is a silver eco leather dance shoe for girls with a kids' heel (EH45), made for concerts, festive performances and dance evenings.
On stage it also matters that the shoe stays on: a strap over the ankle, linked to a strap under the foot, and a closed heel keep the sandal in place even in a fast routine full of turns.
The SD603 also comes in white, so the silver version is for girls who want to stand out or have a costume that white does not suit. Still, ask the coach before buying – some competitions and clubs set a required shoe colour.
The shoe is part of Soul Dancer, a line BD Dance produces with the same technology but in eco materials and with simpler packaging. Pick your child's size by foot length in the size chart: the shoe should fit snugly from day one, not be "grown into".
