About these shoes
DescriptionBD417 · Latin
Nubuck is leather whose surface has been buffed to a soft, velvety matt finish. That is what BD417 Nubuck Black is made from: men's Latin dance shoes with no shine, while still being genuine leather.
Good for:
- practice and lessons when you prefer a non-glossy surface;
- performances where the shoes should not draw attention away from the dancing;
- every Latin dance, from rumba to jive.
The leather goes beyond the upper: the insole is leather too, and the outsole is leather and split. As a result, the front of the foot flexes independently of the heel section, making it easier to point the foot in a fast jive or a slow rumba. The EH40 men's Latin heel moves the weight onto the ball of the foot. This is a BD Dance line model – check your size in the size chart.
