About these shoes
DescriptionPractice
BDT1-B RedSole Canvas Black is a black canvas practice shoe with a red sole that is flexible and split in two. The bright sole gives the shoe character, while the split construction lets the foot work freely: pointing and using the ball of the foot actively.
How does it differ from the BDT1 Red Sole? That one has a non-flexible sole and a firmer base, whereas the BDT1-B is for dancers who care more about footwork. Both share the low, wide EH25 teacher's heel, which makes balance easy.
BD Dance designed this model for teaching and training: the shoes are very light, absorb impact and give the foot extra support, so they suit taking classes, long rehearsals and warming up before a competition. To stop the foot moving around inside, choose your size in centimetres using the size chart.
