Delivery and return policy

Delivery:

Dispatch times are as follows:

· In stock: 24 to 72 hours

· Items are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

· The delivery time is approximately from 1 to 5 working days after the item is dispatched.

· Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on Christmas and Easter holidays.

· The shipping cost is not included in the price of shoes or other accessories.

· For all purchases over 200€ shipping is for free.

· All items purchased from BD Dance Lietuva are delivered by using

OMNIVA parcel machines in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

· If you choose pick up from the physical store (Kalvariju g, 143, Vilnius)

Please wait for confirmation, that your order is ready to pick up

Store working hours: Monday-Friday 17:30 – 20:30

· To other countries items are delivered by recognized international courier company

DPD only  by couriers

· We are not responsible if the shipment is delayed due to the carrier’s problems.

· The  price depends on the country to which an item is sent.

Return and exchange:

· If you are not satisfied or the size/model does not fit you after receiving your order, you have a period of 14

days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s).

· The product must not have been used.

· The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging, without any damage

· We do not accept exchanges or returns of customized product unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
