Our return form is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For the item to be returned, it must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without any damages. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, unless the item has a manufacturing defect. If these instructions are not followed, unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund the money.
